  • Updating Customer‘s Contacts in an Internal System

    A Czech company providing IT services was troubled by the fact that one employee has to spent time checking their websites if there is already the required file and performing changes in customer contacts.


    We provided a solution where the robot is checking websites for a new file to appear, after that the file is downloaded and opened. Proper contact changes are made in an internal database according to the downloaded file data.


    The automation delivered a solution that saved 4 FTEs. The process became The robot is able to check the websites in desired intervals and run the rest of the process only if there is any data to work with. It takes a few seconds. The quality of data was improved as the robot does not make mistakes in customer contacts.
