For a customer in Poland operating in the bank sector creation of redemption statements became a challenging issue. A team of 5 employees takes care of the procedure that might seem quite demanding for people. As the rules are standardized, there is no need for people to perform the work anymore.
The robot extracts data from an internal system. It processes cases based on the given rules in the second internal system and then letters are sent to customers about redemptions statements. If any unusual cases occur it forwards them to a manual check and processing.
The automation delivered a solution that saved 4 FTEs. The process became semi-automated because in a small number of cases manual check is necessary.
