Couriers in one of the world’s leading providers of end-to-end supply chain solutions had to input the shipment orders first into web-based SAP portal and then duplicate the exact same data in myTNT websites. (But only until they realized that copying various data is an ideal work task for a robot.)
The robot goes to SAP TM where a list of desired shipments is downloaded. Afterwards the data about every single shipment is acquired and input into myTNT websites. At the end of every shipment the robot sends a required documentation so it can be printed out.
Thanks to the precise work of the robot, the data which is copied from one system into another is of 100% quality.
