At the beginning of this week, we took the opportunity to meet with almost thirty representatives of Škoda Auto’s internal teams. During the full-day training, these experts became future valuable members of the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) company strategy. Thanks to the Introduction to RPA for process specialists training, they can now identify suitable processes for the RPA automation project, evaluate the complexity of the automation project and prepare the start documentation (PDD – Process Definition Document) of the following automation projects completely according to the RPA methodology.
Congratulations to all participants for completing the course and Techstra wish them great success in their automation activities and RPA campaigns, where will participate as a process SME (Subject Matter Expert), or RPA Analyst.
